INZUFINDER exists to make finding and managing a home simple, trusted, and accessible for everyone by building the digital infrastructure that connects people, properties, and housing services across Africa. We believe that no one should spend days searching, guessing, or losing money just to find a place to live. Our mission is to help every person discover the right home at the right time with confidence by making housing information trusted, accessible, and connected — starting in Rwanda and growing across Africa.
Problem
Across Rwanda and many parts of Africa, finding a home is often slow, stressful, and based on incomplete or unreliable information. People spend days moving from one neighborhood to another, paying transport costs, visit fees, and trusting strangers without knowing whether a property is still available or even genuine.
Housing information is scattered across social media, messaging apps, street agents, and personal networks, making it difficult for the right person to discover the right home at the right time with confidence.
This lack of trusted and connected housing information affects tenants, landlords, agents, and the broader housing ecosystem.
